If you are looking for a spacious luxury apartment, with 3 proper bedrooms and six proper beds, right next door to a restaurant,pool and sauna/Jacuzzi complex ,in the second highest resort in the alps and second largest ski-able area in the world, then this is the place for you.

Our family apartment is very warm, situated quietly away from main revelers routes , yet only 5 minutes walk from all amenities.

One way and another we have been skiing since 1975, in Austria, Switzerland, Germany Italy, Utah,  and when the opportunity came in 1999 to buy this apartment off-plan, we jumped at the chance. Having been so impressed with the fantastic Espace Killy. With 10,000 hectares of off piste area, and 300km of marked runs, there is truly something for everyone in this enormous area. Val Claret is the highest village in Tignes at 2100m and is by far the prettiest.

The apartment sleeps 6 in comfort, although there is linen and towels for 8 people , if you want to use the  up and out sofabed in the lounge. Car parking for one car beneath the apartment is provided.  Reception leads through to an adjacent pool/gym/spa/sauna complex

We look after bookings for 5 other owners of 2 and 3 bedroom apartments in the same building, all furnished with the same items even down to the kettles.
